Customers are welcome to return their order, for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. We provide refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. COLONE does not cover any costs for returns.
The items should be returned in their original condition, neatly packaged, and with the return tag still securely attached.
The items being returned should be accompanied by their original packaging and all accompanying materials (such as dust bags, covers, etc.), along with a copy of the invoice enclosed.
Additionally, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unharmed, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
If a customer requests a refund for returned item(s), the credit note will be issued once the parcel is received at our warehouse and after a quality check on the item(s) is completed. The refund process will take 10 days from the item(s) arrival at the warehouse. Currency fluctuations during the return period will not be reimbursed.
For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the original card used for checkout. The refunded amount will reflect in the next billing statement. Please note that depending on banks and credit providers, it may take up to 30 working days for the refund to be fully processed.
